I met Rodolfo almost twenty years ago when our family moved to Michigan in 2003 and, because of swimming, we’ve met several times over the years at our kid’s swim meets.

On a recent swim meet my wife told Rodolfo that our son, who is a junior at High School, is going through a rough phase where he feels he is not good enough and has been losing interest in the sport. Rodolfo reached out to me, and we had a long talk with him. He knew exactly how to approach my son so that he could describe his feelings, his pain points and his frustrations. At the end of the meal, he had a different perspective and concrete points to think about and ideas to work on an action plan to improve and feel better. 

We are really grateful to have someone as passionate, knowledgeable and willing to help and go the extra mile to help as Rodolfo Aguilar.
