Our daughter Emily has been in the karate program with Sensei Rudy for many years, and it has been a blessing to us. On top of the physical aspect of learning the movements and the exercise which were great for her, the help with her self-esteem and confidence was amazing. She really needed the boost of confidence and Sensei truly helped her. We will be forever grateful!!
