Dear Mr. Rudy Aguilar,

We met you Mr. Aguilar, known to us as Mr. Rudy, on January 22, 2020.  My son Marcello was
experiencing some trying/difficult times at school when Mrs. Marisol Aquilar, his Spanish teacher
and your wife, graciously introduced us.  She encouraged us to speak to you and we are forever
grateful and thankful for that moment. 

When you met my son, he was in a very sad, depressed state.  I wanted nothing more than my
son to regain his joy, spirit, and faith in God.  You calmed both mine and my son’s anxiety.  After
many influential facetime calls and meetings, Marcello had hope again.  

Sadly, Marcello experienced a very traumatic setback:  on February 10. Marcello was diagnosed with Nueurofibromin 2 (NF2).  Thereafter, and within a month, Marcello underwent two major brain surgeries.  He has been through more difficulties and struggles than many adults experience in a lifetime.  Faced with many questions and fear at times, you, Mr. Rudy, were always there for us and guided us with hope and prayer.

You have been understanding, kind, and patient.  You guided and prayed with Marcello promoting faith, hope and peace in him and our family.  You truly have a gift from the Lord and inspired my son and our family through prayer and positive thinking.  Because of you, my son has gained the joy, faith, and smile we missed so dearly. He is on positive physical and spiritual path of healing and with your help we are very blessed.

We are grateful and cherish our friendship.
