Impacting people life in Business,
Sport, Schools and Communities
I met Rudy more than 15 years ago, at Mt Zion Church. From the beginning, Rudy showed an interest in discovering his purpose in life. He spent a lot of time studying, participating, helping, collaborating, and eventually giving spiritual help classes in the ministry of which I am a pastor.

On many occasions when we talked at length, Rudy expressed the desire to be able to serve and help others. He always had a burden and interest in transmitting everything that God did in his life and in that of his family to people who have no direction or struggle with the demands of daily life. And in that way help and inspire success with the God-given model. It is from there that the idea of having a Karate school arises where the discipline of martial art, centered on Christian principles and values, founded on the Word of God would be the avenue as it would influence a new generation.
Today, Grace Karate-Do is a school that houses countless students each year, who under the tutelage of Sensei Rudy Aguilar, are trained in martial art. But, in addition, with a solid formation that goes beyond physical training, and provides teachings that will help the student in his life for the future. On the other hand, settling in another country was not easy. Getting ahead and dealing with life's demands like marriage, career, family, study, relationships, cultural adjustment, parenting proved Rudy's character and tenacity. But always, motivated by his faith in God and his desire to overcome, excel and have a successful life. He gained experience handling all of these various demands in his personal life.
As someone who spent several years watching its development, and as its pastor, I witnessed how Rudy learned the importance of leadership and discipleship, Two concepts that are vital to be successful in life. This gives them a unique opportunity to inspire people who may be struggling with balance and direction in their lives. Furthermore, his commitment and fidelity to God, his family, his church, his spiritual authorities as well as Senseis of Karate, and his dedication to living a life of purpose, make Rudy someone who can not only help in the short term, but who to count on for a lifetime.
If I could name only one characteristic of Rudy, it is his faith. He always believed God and his word. That everything is possible for those who believe. And that's the biggest lesson Rudy can pass on to anyone he helps and inspires. If it worked in his life, it will work in the lives of others, too.
